I have about 10% of my personal portfolio in cash. That’s very high for me. But nothing is lighting up and saying, “Buy me.” I’m usually fully invested in equities or municipal bonds. I’d like to buy financial stocks, but I don’t want to be stuck with any bad loans. Once the bailout program is firm, I will buy them.
