The Korans portrait of Jesus is extremely flawed and twisted in support of Mohamed’s interpretation of Christianity. In the first Sura all is hunky dory. In the second Sura it changes dramatically and Christians and their Christ are reviled. Historically this corresponds to Christians rejection of Mohamed as a prophet and his anger as a result. A short reading of some good history books can help here.
