Many spies listed here have become national or international heroes. They provide the world with an example of someone who can change society and their beliefs.
1. Ethel & Julius Rosenberg:
They are viewed as the heroes of the Cold War by some Americans. According to Susan Web of People`s Weekly World, they made a sacrifice because they believed that a better world was possible and necessary. They refused to sign the loyalty oath and to lose their jobs like many people who were deemed communists. The execution of these two individuals was a struggle US faced for democracy and peace.
2. Eli Cohen:
Cohen was an Israeli Spy who worked in Syria and developed close relationships with the Syrian state and military. In fact, he was the third in line to become President of Syria when he was found by the Soviets. On May 18, 1965 he was executed by Syria for being an Israeli spy. He is deamed the person who saved Israel and prevented it from being destroyed. It was because of him that Israel was able to win the 6 Day War in 1967 when it was attacked by Egypt, Jordan and Syria.
3. Omar Nasiri:
This man was a Moroccan spy who infiltrated al-Qaeda for Britain and France. He admitted to warning the UK intelligence about the threat of al-Qaeda in 1990s. He provided pertinent information that could have been used to prevent al-Qaeda from ascending into power and causing 9/11 and is thus considered a hero.
4. Klaus Fuchs:
This man was a German born physicist who spied for Soviets during and after World War II while working on the atomic bomb project and Manhattan Project in both Great Britain and United States between 1941 and 1947. He felt that the Soviet Union had the right to know what Great Britain and the United States were up to.
5. Sidney Reilly:
This Ukrainian born was an Ace of Spies. He is the basis of the famous James Bond films and Ian Fleming`s books. He was often able to move across borders under assumed aliases to steal secrets, plans and aircraft prototypes. He is most notably known for trying to stage a coup against the Russian Revolutionaries in 1917 and for trying to assassinate Vladimir Lenin. He was committed to bringing democracy and to eliminating threats. Sadly he was killed by an undercover OGPU agent who tricked him into thinking he was anti-communist.

These individuals are all well-known either because they saved lives or because they were single-minded till the point of recklessness.
1. Adolf Hitler
Many people idolize this German dictator and consider him to be their hero. What they don’t know is that he avoided paying taxes. He managed to save 6.3 million over the years.
2. Winston Churchill
Winston Churchill was a great orator and are world-renowned statesman. His writing skills were extraordinary and nobody can deny that he was a very classy man but he had a dark side to him. He was a racist and he believed that it was perfectly ethical to use poisonous substances to get rid of such tribes that were uncivilized in his books.
3. Gandhi
Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi helped India gain independence and strongly believed in non-violence. Many people aren’t aware of the fact that he took up a life of celibacy when he was 36 years old. However, the older he got, the more fascinated he became with the subject of sex. He shared his bed with naked women and made excuses when he was caught.
4. George Washington
Textbooks in American schools gush on about George Washington and how admirable and trustworthy he was. They don’t tell the children how he tricked the Government into giving him massive amounts of cash. He did this by turning down a decent monthly salary and telling them he would keep a check on his expenses. By the end of the year, he was given over 4,250,000.00 dollars.
5. Martin Luther
Martin Luther was a hero in many ways but he was anti-Jewish and believed that Jews should not be given civil rights, money or education. He also believed that they should all be abolished and removed from the face of the Earth.

The world would miss these superheroes if they failed to exist. We would feel lost without them. Who would fight over villains in epic battles? Who would climb over tall buildings in a single leap? The following are some of the world’s most famous superheroes of all time.
1. Thor
The Thor is the Norse god of Thunder himself. Many people prefer to put Silver Surfer as the top most super hero. However the two have fought each other twice in the comics and Thor has emerged the winner in both these battles. Being an Asgardian, Thor is immortal, invulnerability and has tremendous strength.
2. Silver Surfer
Silver Surfer is the herald of Galactus. The Silver Surfer has the cosmic power just like other heralds of Galactus. The cosmic power is an energy source which can do almost anything such as energy blasts, making dead people alive, re-arranging molecules etc.
3. Superman
Crash landing on earth from the exploding planet Krypton, Kal-El grew to become Superman, another popular super hero of all times. Raised as Clark Kent, he learns of his super human powers which are much beyond those of an ordinary man and uses his superhuman powers to save the weak and the betrayed people.
4. Doctor Strange
A great Sorcerer, Doctor Steven Strange, has profound knowledge about the mystic arts. He is seen as humanity’s greatest defense against all magical aspects which threaten to harm them. He not only has combative powers but also powers such as hypnotism, astral projection and telepathy.
5. Martian Manhunter
Martian Manhunter has superb strength which makes him another superhero of all times. He also has the capacity of durability. The other powers possessed by this superhero include flight and shape shifting.
