Next day, an emergency was called when the military disagreed to distribute ballot boxes of an opinion poll of a new Constitution. Problems arose when the President Manuel Zelya fired the head of Staff and all the heads of the branches in Honduran with military forces over threw him and succeeded in bringing a military coup.
