1. Military Coup in Honduras

June 28^th 2009, the military over threw the democratically elected government of Honduras and exiled the President Manuel Zelya to Costa Rico. Next day, an emergency was called when the military disagreed to distribute ballot boxes of an opinion poll of a new Constitution. Problems arose when the President Manuel Zelya fired the head of Staff and all the heads of the branches in Honduran with military forces over threw him and succeeded in bringing a military coup.

2. Military Coup in Pakistan

The 12^th of October in 1999 can be remembered by all as the day when the armed forces of Pakistan threatened to take over the Country. This coup was due to the dismissal of Gen. Pervez Musharraf when he was returning after an official tour from Sri Lanka and was denied permission to land.
