Although not too funny, this movie conveys a deeper message to viewers. Adam Sandler plays Sonny Kaufux who does not take life seriously. He went to law school but refuses to take the bar exam. Things do not go as planned, as Adam Sandler’s character continues his skirt chasing womanizing ways. On the verge of being charged for fraud, both move in together. This movie is comedic and has an excellent meaning. It teaches others to be themselves and accept others for who they are: Straight or Gay.
8. First 50 Dates (2004):
Many men would die to relive their first date with the woman of their dreams, except for Adam Sandler’s character Henry Roth in this comedic movie. Roth meets a woman whose car accident erases her recent memories. She wakes up everyday not remembering anything. Roth is however persistent and does the unthinkable to win the heart of the love of his life. I agree with Roger Ebert when he says that Adam Sandler brought out a new side in this movie that many viewers never saw before. He showed us a warm personality which was not antagonistic, hostile and full of anger.
9. 8 Crazy Nights (2002):
This is the first film where Adam Sandler defines his background and upbringing. He brings Judaism to the forefront of featured films and defines Chanukah for those who are not acquainted with the Holiday. This movie conveys a serious message with regard to alcoholism and depression. Although animated, it is not appropriate for children. The sexual and satirical comments will again have Adam Sandler fans flying out of their seats with laughter.
10. The Longest Yard (2005):
