1. The U.S. Government was involved in the 9/11 attacks

Many people believe that George W. Bush and his administration were part of the planning which lead to the destruction of the twin towers. Supposedly, this was done in order to gain additional military support, expand the state and support other policies which would benefit the President at the time.

 

2. A UFO was found in Roswell

It is believed that a UFO crashed in the summer of 1947 in the United States near Roswell. People have been debating for years about whether it actually happened and whether the evidence is credible. The military maintains the view that the ruins that were found belonged to a research balloon.

 

3. John F. Kennedy’s Death

John F. Kennedy was assassinated in November 1963 and it was concluded that Lee Harvey Oswald was behind the crime. The conspiracy theory here is that the CIA, the Mafia, the FBI, the Federal Reserve along with the Vice President were involved as well.

 

4. Global Warming is a Hoax

According to The Greenhouse Conspiracy, Global Warming is a myth. They believe that a single rumor spiraled out of control and led scientists to be sure that the environment is beyond repair. William Gray supports this theory and has recently listed out about 15 reasons which all point towards the fact that global warming is a fraud.

 

5. The Royal Family killed Princess Diana

Dodi Fayed and Princess Diana met with a car accident and died in 1997. It is believed that they were involved in a romantic relationship and that when the Royal Family found out, they had them killed in order to prevent a massive scandal.

 

6. Paul McCartney is Dead

It is believed that Paul McCartney who was part of the legendary rock band, The Beatles died over 40 years back in 1966. A look-alike replaced him and his living his life till date. Fans believe that when these songs are played backwards, secret lyrics are revealed and that the album covers are full of symbolism and imagery that make it obvious that Paul is indeed, no more.

 

7. Drug Companies Want You to Get Sick and Stay Sick

This particular conspiracy theory is quite popular and supporters believe that drug companies are trying their best not to find cures for diseases like cancer and AIDS because the medication that is used to combat the illness allows them to make massive profits year after year.

 

8. Chemtrail

According to this theory, if a trail that is left behind by a jet aircraft is in the form of a particular pattern such as a grid or a crosshatch, it is laced with chemicals that are created by the Government and are extremely harmful for living organisms.

 

9. The Everlasting Light Bulb

This theory has been around since the light bulb was invented. Supporters believe that the technology which has the ability to produce an everlasting bulb has been created but because regular light bulbs allow the industry to earn high profit margins, it is being suppressed.

 

10. The Apollo Moon Landing is a Hoax

People believe that the Apollo Astronauts never landed on the moon and that NASA made up this rumor and continues to keep it running till date. This theory is supported by certain films and photographs which have apparently been modified in a studio and with the help of highly developed softwares.
