If you’re unhappy in your job, find a new one. If you are overweight, go on a healthy diet.

Trust is eagerly given at first but it only takes a small lie to corrode that trust evermore. Trying to hide your true self is not the goal but introducing it in little containable packages at a time is better than putting it all out there and scaring someone off. Give them the chance to see both your triumphant and nurturing sides but don’t lie about who you are.
